OROC Tokens Purchase Instructions (ICO)

To participate in our Inital Coin Offering; you will need to register to receive your Investors Wallet in order to proceed with your payment. The steps and images below will guide you through the process.

First Step: Account/Investors Wallet Creation.

1. Begin by visiting our Official Website and following the “Register Here” button.

2. If you do not have an account, click on the “sign up” option below the login form.

3. Fill in your information in the registration form. (Make sure to enter a valid email address.)

4. Read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and create your account if you agree.

Our platform will ask you to verify your email address. Once you have proceeded with the verification; your account will be fully created.

You can now login into your investors wallet using the login form located on our website.

NOTES:
1. Make sure that you agree/comply to the KYC / ALM politics of the company.
As an OROC tokens holder (company shares); you will need to register and provide certain information to Orocrypt.

Those procedures are in place to prevent the company from being used for money laundering or any other fraudulent activities and are required by the Panamanian laws.

Second Step: Payment of your OROC tokens.

In the Investors Dashboard/Wallet, three (3) different payment options are offered to you:

• Ethereums (ETH)
• Bitcoins (BTC)
• Euros (EUR) (Bank Wiring)

Ethereums/Bitcoins option:

1. Decide the amount you want to invest in BTC/ETH. Depending of the number you choose; the platform will indicate how many OROC tokens you will get in return.
2. Once you are satisfied with your choice; press the “Invest” button.

3. After processing the investment demand, the platform will create an invoice for the amount you have chosen and provide you with a payment address.

4. Send the correct amount to the address that was provided. Once the payment is confirmed by the platform; your OROC tokens will be credited to your Investors Wallet.

NOTES:
1. While the images/steps above are showing a payment made in “Bitcoins (BTC)”; the process is the same for Ethereums (ETH).

2. Make sure to respect the deadline/expiration timer provided by the platform when creating your invoice. After the time expires; your order will have to be made again.

Euros (EUR) Bank Wiring option:

1. Decide the amount you want to invest in Euros (Minimum is 1 OROC / 9 EUR). Depending of the number you choose; the platform will indicate how many OROC tokens you will get in return.
2. Once you are satisfied with your choice; press the “Invest” button.

3. After processing the investment demand, the platform will provide you with the payment details for your order. After confirming your choice; check the box “I will add the reference ID to my wire transfer” and click on “confirm wire transfer”

NOTE:
1. Even if the payment details are provided in the next step; it is recommended to note/write it down.

4. The platform will create an invoice and provide you with the “Beneficiary bank information” and the “wire transfer information” so you can proceed with your payment.

5. Proceed with your payment; making sure that your Payment Purpose / Details is added as a comment to the wire transfer.
Once the transaction is confirmed by the platform; your OROC tokens will be credited to your Investors Wallet.

NOTES:
1. Orocrypt WILL NOT be responsible for your loss if you do not provide your Payment Purpose / Details when proceeding the payment.

2. Bank wiring can take longer to confirm/process than a cryptocurrency payment.

3.Make sure to respect the deadline/expiration timer provided by the platform when creating your invoice. After the time expires; your order will have to be made again.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF ETI-OSA LOCAL GOVERNMENT

• Eti-Osa Local Government as it is today has its secretariat located at Km 15, Lekki- Epe Express way in Igbo- Efon  Village, in the the eastern region of the senatorial district. Eti- Osa Local Government formally has it Headquarters at 24, Glover Road , Ikoyi before the creation of Local Government from Twenty(20) to Fifty-Seven (57) Local Governments under the then Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, but because the creation was not constitutional, it was reversed back from Fifty-Seven (57) to Twenty(20) Local Governments and Thirty-Seven (37) Local Council Development Areas(L.C.D.A).So the secretariat was moved from 24, Glover Road, Ikoyi to Km 15, Lekki- Epe Expressway, in Igbo-Efon.

• before the creation, Eti-Osa Local Government maintains its Eastern boundary with Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and its Western boundary with Lagos Island Local Government where the then Eti-Osa Local Government was created from and was known then as Lagos City Council. It also has its North boundary with the Lagoon and its South with the Atlantic Ocean.

• Eti-Osa Local Government is one of the Commercial Centre in Lagos State, the Local Government has grown of age due to the various business organization that is established in that region of Lagos State and also in terms of “IGR” Internally Generated Revenue that could be recon with the Internally Generated Revenue of some Statein Nigeria.

• With the creation of Local Governments in Lagos State by the formal Executive, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, there was a rapid development in Lagos because, the rural ares were able to feel the impact of Grassroot Government due to the extension of Government establishment to the rural areas and the Urban areas also that has always been receiving the attentions are not left with the whole work load Eti-Osa Local Government with its Secretariat at Igbo-Efon also has its Local Council Development Areas at Ikoyi-Obalende, Iru-Victoria Island and Eti-Osa East Local Council Development Areas.

• Mnatle of Societal and Cultural values is always upheld by the Traditional Rulers or Royal father within the Local Government but with other Royal father with the Local Government but with other Royal fathers outside the Local Government when the need arises. Eti-Osa Local Government has respect for its tradition leaders due to their importance and fatherly advice that they render in commenting and consultations from time to time whenever the   need arises.

• Eti-Osa Local Government with its Local Council Development Areas is densely populated with the past records recorded at the past general registration exercise for the general election that was held in the month of April, 2011 by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Eti-Osa recorded over Three(3) Million with records from recognised hospital on the death and birth rate, the population is precisely Five (5) Million inhabitants in the Local Government and the Local Council Development Areas.

• The prominent Obas and the Traditional leaders within the Local Government are Five(5) Obas which are Oba ONIRU of Iru- Land, Oba ELEGUSHI of Ikate- Land, Oba OJOMU of Agiranland, Oba TOMORO of Abagbo- Land and Oba Onikoyi of Ikoyi and also Sixteen Traditional leaders in various communities in the Local Government.

The life of Eti-Osa Local Government citizens is largely influenced by religious denominations, which are Islam, Christianity and the Traditional religions. The marriage, naming and burial Ceremonies are celebrated in line with the practise of their respective denominations. The mode of dressing is also diverse in either traditional style.
