OROC Tokens Purchase Instructions (ICO)

To participate in our Inital Coin Offering; you will need to register to receive your Investors Wallet in order to proceed with your payment. The steps and images below will guide you through the process.

First Step: Account/Investors Wallet Creation.

1. Begin by visiting our Official Website and following the “Register Here” button.

2. If you do not have an account, click on the “sign up” option below the login form.

3. Fill in your information in the registration form. (Make sure to enter a valid email address.)

4. Read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and create your account if you agree.

Our platform will ask you to verify your email address. Once you have proceeded with the verification; your account will be fully created.

You can now login into your investors wallet using the login form located on our website.

NOTES:
1. Make sure that you agree/comply to the KYC / ALM politics of the company.
As an OROC tokens holder (company shares); you will need to register and provide certain information to Orocrypt.

Those procedures are in place to prevent the company from being used for money laundering or any other fraudulent activities and are required by the Panamanian laws.

Second Step: Payment of your OROC tokens.

In the Investors Dashboard/Wallet, three (3) different payment options are offered to you:

• Ethereums (ETH)
• Bitcoins (BTC)
• Euros (EUR) (Bank Wiring)

Ethereums/Bitcoins option:

1. Decide the amount you want to invest in BTC/ETH. Depending of the number you choose; the platform will indicate how many OROC tokens you will get in return.
2. Once you are satisfied with your choice; press the “Invest” button.

3. After processing the investment demand, the platform will create an invoice for the amount you have chosen and provide you with a payment address.

4. Send the correct amount to the address that was provided. Once the payment is confirmed by the platform; your OROC tokens will be credited to your Investors Wallet.

NOTES:
1. While the images/steps above are showing a payment made in “Bitcoins (BTC)”; the process is the same for Ethereums (ETH).

2. Make sure to respect the deadline/expiration timer provided by the platform when creating your invoice. After the time expires; your order will have to be made again.

Euros (EUR) Bank Wiring option:

1. Decide the amount you want to invest in Euros (Minimum is 1 OROC / 9 EUR). Depending of the number you choose; the platform will indicate how many OROC tokens you will get in return.
2. Once you are satisfied with your choice; press the “Invest” button.

3. After processing the investment demand, the platform will provide you with the payment details for your order. After confirming your choice; check the box “I will add the reference ID to my wire transfer” and click on “confirm wire transfer”

NOTE:
1. Even if the payment details are provided in the next step; it is recommended to note/write it down.

4. The platform will create an invoice and provide you with the “Beneficiary bank information” and the “wire transfer information” so you can proceed with your payment.

5. Proceed with your payment; making sure that your Payment Purpose / Details is added as a comment to the wire transfer.
Once the transaction is confirmed by the platform; your OROC tokens will be credited to your Investors Wallet.

NOTES:
1. Orocrypt WILL NOT be responsible for your loss if you do not provide your Payment Purpose / Details when proceeding the payment.

2. Bank wiring can take longer to confirm/process than a cryptocurrency payment.

3.Make sure to respect the deadline/expiration timer provided by the platform when creating your invoice. After the time expires; your order will have to be made again.
